How can I buy lift tickets online?

To charge an existing keycard you need the number on your keycard. If you don`t have a keycard buy it online and pick it up at the ticket office

You simply log in and pay with your credit card. Next time you buy you also avoid to register you personal data, keycard numbers and your creditcard data

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

Yes you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.

We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single useraccount. Your ticket and associated family and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need register keycard numbers and names.

What about kids?

We have free lift pass for children 0-6 years, where children with helmet and accompanied by parents are free!

Which tariff applies depending on your year of birth?

Children born in 2020 or later enter free of charge and do not require a ticket.

The child rate applies to children born between 2019 and 2010.

Young people born between 2009 and 2007 are eligible for the youth rate.

Do I need an existing keycard?

You do not need a keycard to buy online. If you don`t have a keycard buy it online and pick it up at the ticket office

Receipt and confirmation?

You will receive a e-mail receipt to the address you used in your purchase

What is the difference between a keycard/chipcard and a ticket?

Keycard is the physical card, plastic card you use when you go through the gates at the resort

Where do i find the chip/keycard number?

The number of your chip/keycard is printed on the plastic card

On which days does the gondola breakfast take place?

Our gondola breakfast takes place every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

How many people can the Almkopfbahn gondola accommodate for breakfast?

Each gondola can accommodate up to 6 peopl,; if there are 2, 3 or 4 of you, no further guests will be added, so you can enjoy your breakfast in peace.

When does the gondola breakfast start?

Breakfast is served between 9.00 am and 10.00 am at the latest.

How long does the gondola breakfast last?

The gondola breakfast usually lasts around 45 to 60 minutes. During this time, you’ll enjoy 2 to 3 trips up and down the mountain in your gondola – or longer, if you prefer, depending on your own pace.

Is it possible to get off at the top station after the gondola breakfast and go for a walk?

Yes, after breakfast you can get off at the top station of the Almkopfbahn feeling refreshed and enjoy the magnificent mountain views on a hike. You can take the return journey down at a later time in complete comfort on another gondola – included in the price, of course.

Can I take my dog on the gondola?

Of course! Your four-legged friend is very welcome and is more than welcome to join you on the journey.
